After clinical and hematological examinations, surgical excision of these masses was performed to treat the paraphimosis and improve the condition of urination. Further histopathological examination showed that the growths were well differentiated fibrosarcomas with low mitotic index. No complications or recurrence occur during the period of eight months after surgery so the successful surgical management is suitable for that cases with penile fibrosarcomas with favorable prognosis.
